Terms of Service

By adding Salazar to your Discord server or accessing the dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Salazar is a Discord bot that provides security, logging, and moderation features for Discord servers. The service includes a web dashboard for configuration. Some features require a Premium subscription.

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service at all times.
• You are responsible for how Salazar is configured and used in your server.
• You must not use Salazar to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• You must not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

Premium features are activated via a redeem code. Codes are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated. We reserve the right to revoke premium access for violation of these terms.

Salazar collects and stores the following data necessary for its operation:

• Discord Guild IDs and configuration settings (log channels, roles)
• Discord User IDs for session management in the dashboard
• Message metadata (not content) for logging features when enabled

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Salazar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to server damage, data loss, or moderation errors.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
